Jasper and Horace

Here is a Bugs Bunny cartoon that I adopted from Tdragon195, which is a parody of “Bugsy and Mugsy” starring Subuku No Jess aka Jessy and yours truly. I don't own 101 Dalmatians, etc.

Summary: Jessy and Raina have to stop the crooks Jasper and Horace who robbed the city, with tricks to pull on them.

Jasper and Horace

It is a stormy rainy night over at CartoonTwon as we see as sighn that the building is now owned by Detective88 aka Raina Clousau and her best friend, Subuku No Jess aka Jessy Krelborn. Inside the building, two girls are at the basement to look around and check out their home. The first was a 14 year old girl with light tan skin, long dark brown hair, a white tanktop over a pink cardigan, blue jeans with the word “BONGO” on them, a black belt, and white sneakers with the letter “N” on them. The second was a 17 year old girl with black hair, brown eyes, a black T-shirt under a purple jacket, a red baseball cap and jeans and green sneakers; they are Detective88 aka Raina Clouseau and Subuku No Jess aka Jessy Krelborn.

“Well, Jessy, this is idea. Dry as a bone” Raina smiled, looking around in the basement.

“Yeah, what more can two chicas want?” Jessy asked. All of a sudden, they heard the sirens of the police from outside. “Hey, what's that?” Raina wondered.

“Sounds like police sirens.” Jessy answered. They listened to another car screech like it stopped, footsteps running from outside and they are heard running inside. At the living room, two men ran in with a suitcase, one tall with a long nose, black hair, but he's half bald and he wore a brown cap, a dark brown jacket over an orange turtleneck, brown pants and boots; he's Jasper.

The other is a short obese man with a long nose, also bald with black hair, and he wore a brown cap, dark brown jacket over a tan turtleneck, green pants and boots; he's Horace.

Jasper and Horace looked out the window, watching the police cars driving away. They might be the once the police were chasing.

“Well, looks like we gave them the slip, Horace.” Jasper spoke.

“Yeah, Jasper, we sure did. I wish I was smart like you, Jasper.” Horace said, stupidly.

“Turn on the radio.” Jasper ordered.

“Okay, Jasper.” Horace headed to the radio and turned it on to listen to the news.

“The police believed the robbery is the work of the crimanals Jasper and his brother Horace...” the announcer spoke, when Jessy and Raina listened from the basement. Raina gasped that Roger and Anita told her about these guys.

“Turn off the radio.” Jasper ordered.

Horace switched it off and looked at the briefcase filled with gold and jewels, “Wow, some gold!” he was to pick it up, but Jasper slapped Horace's hand. “Yeah, all fourteen karat.”

Raina and Jessy looked and watched them from the basement door. “Raina, aren't those two criminals that Roger and Anita told you about? They used to work for Cruella De Vil.” Jessy said quietly.

“Yep, they told me about them when they stole the puppies and it looks like they broke out of prison.” Raina whispered, glaring at Jasper and Horace.

“Hey, Horace, we better get some shut-eye if we're going to pull that job tomorrow.” Jasper suggested.

“Okay, Jasper.” Horace said.

Raina snarled, “Why those dirty crooks. Jessy, mi amiga, somebody oughta teach them that the crime doesn't pay and it looks like that someones got to be you and me.”

Jessy grinned in her hyperstate, “This is gonna be fun.”

Later on, during the night, Jasper and Horace have fallen asleep to rest for tomorrow and the girls have plan to Jasper turning against Horace. Raina placed a telephone head on the chair that Jasper is sleeping on.

Raina dialed the number on the telephone to contact Horace while Jessy watched, “Hello? Calling Jasper. Hello? Jasper, am I getting through to you?” Jasper moved a little, telling that he's listening, “They're saying you trust your brother Horace with the suitcase of jewlery. Don't make laugh.”

Jasper woke up and searched around to see who's talking to him. He shrugged and went back to sleep, as Raina placed the phone back on the chair and continued, “Look at Horace over there, pretending he's asleep and all the time, thinking, getting ideas.”

Jasper woke up and looked at Horace, sleeping on the couch. He walked towards him, grabbed Horace by the collar and slapped him a couple of times, “That'll teach you to get any ideas.”

“But Jasper, you know I don't get any ideas.” Horace said.

“Yeah? Well, see that you don't.” Jasper walked back to the chair to get some sleep.

The boys are still sleeping as Raina snuck towards Horace, holding an axe. She placed the axe in Horace's hand getntly without waking him up. She placed the phone back on Jasper's chair and continued speaking, “Listen, Jasper, you're not going to be fooled by that smooth talk, are you? They don't call him the butcher for nothing. He's probably waiting for you to fall asleep and then...” she made a throat cutting noise.

Jasper woke up again and gasped that Horace is holding an axe. He snuck by the couch without waking Horace up. He grabbed the axe as Horace woke up and chops the arm off the couch when Marv dodged, “Your dirty plan didn't work, did it?”

Horace looked at the audience and giggled, “That Jasper, a million laughs.”

The boys went back to sleep once again, until Horace woke up and checked to see if Horace is going to something bad. Horace chucked, “That Jasper.

Inside the celing, Jessy began unscrewing the screws to make the ceiling lamp falling on Jasper. Horace saw the screws falling and quickly got up to grab the ladder and the screwdriver before the lamp crashes on Jasper. As he climbed up and began to screw the lamp back up, it was too late. The lamp fell and smashed on Jasper.

“Horace, come here.” Jasper said calmly, but angry because he thought that Horace did it.

Horace climbed down and began to explain what happened, “B-b-but Jasper...” Jasper kept kicking Horace a few times making him jump in the air.

“Maybe that'll teach you a lesson. Now get back on the couch and go to sleep.” Jasper said.

“Okay, Jasper.” Horace said.

Later on, Raina waved her hand to check to see if Jasper is still sleeping. She gently placed the dynamite in his mouth. She gave Jessy a nod, telling her that it's her turn.

Jessy drank a green liquid from turning her into her Hyde form, a green burplack sack resembling Oogie Boogie, only with the initials “SNJ” on her arm, and wearing Jessy's jacket and cap called OogieJess Hyde.

“Horace, come here. Give me a light.” OogieJess spoke in Oogie, Jessy and Jasper's voice and hid behind the couch as Horace woke up.

“Okay, Jasper. I'm glad you're not mad at me no more.” Horace grabbed a match and lit the dynamite, without realizing it. All of a sudden KABOOM! The dynamite exploded, waking Jasper up and with his face covered in black soot and angry face.

“Aww, now you're mad at me again.” Horace whined. Raina and OogieJess who was turning back into Jessy listened to Horace's explanation and heard the beatings, noticing that Horace is being beaten up.

“Now get in the other room, Jasper tossed Horace, all tied up into the other room, “NOW GO TO SLEEP!” He whacked Horace on the head with a bat and left, slamming the door.

Jasper went back to sleep once again, until he heard some cutting around him. He woke up and spots a saw, cutting around him. Without warning, he fell into the hole and crashed. He jumped back up and shot with his guns, thinking that someone is inside to catch him. But no one is here which means one thing...

Raina placed the saw in Horace's hand inside the other room and quickly left. Jasper ran into the other room that Horace is in and began to lose his temper, angry that Horace did it. Horace looked at Jasper's angered eyes and started to panic.

“I don't know you have done it...BUT I KNOW YOU'VE DONE IT!” Jasper screamed, very furious. The beatings were heard from the room when the walls began to crumble. After he's done, Jasper left and closed the door.

Back in the other room, Horace is still knocked out as Raina and Jessy began to put on the roller skates on his feet. At the living room, Jasper is still awake and waiting if Horace is going to strike once more. They went back to the basement and Raina held the magnet to get it attached to the skates.

When they have been attached, Raina began moving around forcing Horace to move with the skates on. He moved around Jasper as Jasper is confused of what Horace is doing. Horace shrugged, not knowing what's going on.

“Horace, get off of those skates.” Jasper ordered when suddenly, Horace crashed against Jasper, thanks to Raina. Jasper glared, “So you want a fight?” Jasper punched Horace, crashing agains the wall.

Back in the basement, Jessy and Raina took turns grabbing the magnet, pulling it along with Horace, making him crash into Jasper again. Jasper punched him again and Raina and Jessy ran and pulled the magnet again. They kept going again and again at the builing, until the police arrived to arrest Jasper and Horace.

The police drove their cars, taking Jasper and Horace to jail becaue of the robbery. “I wonder how they found out where we were.” Jasper wondered, glaring at Horace.

“But Jasper...”Horace tried to explain once more, but Jasper began to beat him up once again.

“Isn't it wonderful what you can do with some wire and a few electric bulbs?” Jessy asked Raina.

“Si, mi amiga. We sure showed them.” Raina said as she and Jessy looked up at the sighn they made for the hideout, entitled, “Jasper's Hideout” so that the police can catch the burglers easily. This ends the cartoon.
